Unlockable: Auto Absolve Ability
Collect all three Beatrice Stones to unlock the Auto Absolve ability.
With this you can skip the Absolve minigame that appears when you find a damned denizen of Hell. We do not recommend you skip this game, however, since it nets you hundreds of extra souls!

Unlockable: Additional Modes
Beat the game to unlock the following modes:
* Gates of Hell Mode - Survival mode, fight waves of enemies in a given time limit
* Resurrection Mode - New Game + mode, start a new game with Souls, abilities and Relics intact


Unlockable: Infernal Difficulty
Beat the game to unlock the super-hard Infernal Difficulty.
Unlockable: Making the Baby Video

To unlock the Making the Baby video, beat the game.
Unlockable: Artwork

Artwork is unlocked when you beat each successive area of Hell. Simply beat the game to unlock all the available art.

Hint: Virgil's Relics
Always talk to Virgil (the blue ghost, or "The Poet") several times until he fades away. While you chat with him he'll often give you a Relic. He usually gives it to you the second time you talk to him.

Hint: Timely Upgrades
Certain upgrades/abilities that you can purchase with Souls extend your health and mana capacity. Purchasing an upgrade actually refills the respective meter, so upgrade during tough boss battles for a timely refill.

Unlockable: Crusader Costume
The Crusader Costume is unlocked for Resurrection Mode once you beat the game. You can toggle it on before beginning a Resurrection Mode game.
