Beat the game on any difficulty to unlock Hardcore difficulty.
Hint: Returning Customer Discount and Bonus
Loyal players with a save file from previous Ratchet outings will receive discounts in the store. With a Tools of Destruction save you receive discounts on the returning weapons: Negotiator, Buzz Blades, Mag-Net Launcher, Mr. Zurkon, Groovitron Glove. With a Quest for Booty save you'll get the pirate hat for Ratchet on the Community Screen.
